There were celebrations at Oxted School today when the GCSE results were revealed.
Principal Russell Bond was full of praise for his school, part of The Howard Partnership Trust and said the year group had shown great resilience to achieve the good results. Students are celebrating after receiving impressive grades in their A Levels, despite the trials and tribulations of the past two years. The high achievers from Oxted School included Skye Wheelan, who achieved three A*s and is going to read French and Spanish at Edinburgh University, and Lois Clark, who received three A*s and is heading to the University of Bath to study Sports and Exercise Science. GCSE students in Surrey have been celebrating ‘a fantastic set of results’, despite the impact of the pandemic on their education.
