CTS has been a part of local life for more than four decades, since the company was founded by Roy Fayers in 1974. Last year CTS moved from its old base on Wisbech Road to new state-of-the-art premises to St Hilary Park Road, shortly after which the firm’s founder handed over the reins to new Managing Director Darryn Faivelowitz. He has now made his first managerial change, hiring Eve to run the company’s operations. Eve, who has lived in King’s Lynn for 13 years and has a degree in Management with International Business from Royal Holloway University of London, brings ample experience to the role, having previously worked at an electrical company in Peterborough where she was in charge of 60 engineers and 10 admin staff. “I was at my previous job for three years, during which time I went from managing around 20 engineers to managing 60, plus admin and support staff, but I wanted somewhere closer to home,” Eve explained. “I did a lot of research to find the sort of company I wanted to be part of, to see how they presented themselves to the public and maintained their standards and reputation, which really narrowed it down, and CTS stood out.” Whilst CTS’s community-based family atmosphere was one of the big attractions to her joining, Eve hopes her experience with her previous employer can help her to grow the business. “I helped the last company expand, so I’m bringing that knowledge and those skills which I hope I can implement here,” Eve said. “I'm very enthusiastic and dedicated to make sure CTS succeeds, so I’m keen to do all I can to help the company grow and continue to build its great reputation. So far, everyone has been really helpful and encouraging.” Managing Director Darryn said he knows Eve would prove a valuable addition to the CTS team. “Our reputation is built on maintaining high standards of professionalism and trust among our customers. We take that very seriously and always want to ensure that we’re giving them the best that we can – and in hiring Eve, we’re doing just that,” Darryn said. “Eve brings a wealth of experience and worked in a similar field with her last employer, so I’m sure she’ll fit in wonderfully well and be part of our team. “We’re very appreciative of the position our customers have put us in, because of the dedication and professionalism that we’ve shown them over the years, but we don’t take things for granted and are always looking for ways to improve the technical support we provide, and the efficient running of our business. I’m confident that Eve joining us will help that to happen.”
