The Vancouver Quarter’s Saturday Club was open for new members and it was packed with youngsters busy making a brilliant gift in time for Sunday.
“There were some truly wonderful creations and I am sure that anyone would have been really chuffed to receive one of the gifts made by the children,” said David Blackmore, marketing and events assistant at the Vancouver Quarter. "It was a busy session and we were delighted to welcome members, new faces and new friends to the popular club." He added: “The Saturday Clubs are really popular and everything is free so it’s a brilliant way to have some fun in the town centre and make new friends. The whole team looks forward to them because they nearly always result in something really creative for the children to take away." Saturday Club runs throughout the year in the Vancouver Quarter and is free to join for children who can take part in a range of activities from Festival Too to Fairytales and everything the members need to create something beautiful are provided. As well as the monthly Saturday Clubs, July will see the return of the popular Bug Trail. August will see the return of Fairytales and Legends before Halloween returns to King's Lynn town centre in October and Santa's grotto opens in the shopping centre towards the end of November.
