Families flocked to the Vancouver Quarter on Saturday 13 February to make a pop-up card and a mini gift box for a loved one ahead of Valentine’s Day.
The workshop was situated in the former Calendar Club unit next to Costa Coffee and opposite Wilkinson on New Conduit Street and ran from 10am to 3pm.
"Our workshop ahead of Valentine’s Day was very popular with families coming along to have some fun in the town centre decorating pop-up cards and mini gift boxes to give to a loved one,” centre manager Abbie Panks said. “This activity was another free event and whilst it was designed to bring some fun to the town centre, it also gave parents a free activity to do with their children whilst also supporting the town centre.”
