The children wore a variety of red noses and accessories and told jokes to raise money for Comic Relief. There was even a special assembly where young comedians were positively encouraged.
“The School Council judged the winning jokes. Ellis Bailey from Reception class was voted the best joke teller in school! Everyone had great fun and raised £145 for a good cause," said Anna Hallett, Deputy Headteacher.
The school was joined by other members of the GLF multi-academy trust in helping to mark Comic Relief Day.
