Families flocked to the heart of King’s Lynn on Saturday for a Halloween spooktacular. Youngsters of all ages reported to a special Halloween Headquarters on Baxter’s Plain to collect their special Halloween card before making their way round the town centre collecting stickers from some spooky characters.
Those who collected all six stickers were rewarded with a goodie bag from the Vancouver Quarter and the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk. Abbie Panks, Vancouver Quarter Centre Manager, said: “We’d like to thank the hundreds of children and their parents who took part in our Halloween event this year, more than 1,100 goodie bags were given out during the course of the event which is an increase on 2014. We were delighted by the positive feedback we received from parents and also retailers. “Thanks must also go to the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk for teaming up with us again on this event, and to the support staff who assisted on the day.”
