The stunning, sparkling wines from Luxembourg come from the business originally founded in 1921 by Jean Bernard-Massard who learnt his art in the Champagne region of France.
"The range is remarkable in terms of quality, presentation and above all taste. Bellwether Wines is delighted to continue our partnership with Bernard-Massard. We are also constantly seeking new and exciting wines to offer alongside our core range," said Warren Ball, Commercial Director of the Peterborough-based company. He added that the trend for drinking less, but 'better' has also influenced this year's portfolio with the addition of more wines in the mid-price bracket. With a love for wines from the Alsace, and following extensive research, Bellwether has also announced it is featuring wines from 'Gustave Lorentz' which itself has worldwide recognition and has owned vineyards since 1836. There are also new entries into the portfolio from Chile, Argentina, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, while the Italian range has been strengthened with a number of excellent new additions! "At Oakham Ales and Bellwether Wines, we pride ourselves on quality and service," he said.
